Terms of Purchase

The Purchaser (“You”) is purchasing unlimited access for one (1) person to use Lessons in Leadership: The Audio Series (the “Product”) from Michelle Pizer (otherwise referred to as the “Business” or as “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

The Product includes access to an online platform where the series of audio interviews are available for streaming. They are organised and referenced for ease of use and to facilitate learning. For each interview there is a brief biography of the expert interviewed, a link to their website or LinkedIn profile, show notes, and provision to take notes – both online and via a downloadable PDF.

By purchasing the Product you hereby agree to these Terms of Purchase and the Business’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Taken together, these three documents comprise Our legal agreement (“Agreement”). To the extent permitted by law, in the event of any inconsistency between the Terms of Purchase and the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, the Terms of Purchase will prevail.

Payment Policy

You must pay for the Product upfront and in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees). Payment is to be made via the online form, unless otherwise agreed for team purchases. You will receive a receipt / Tax Invoice confirming your payment, suitable for tax purposes in Australia.

Personal Use

The Business provides you with the Product solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and you agree that you will not use it in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement.

The Product includes access for one (1) person. On registration, you will receive the necessary access credentials including a username and password.

If you would like additional individuals to access the Product, you will need to purchase separate access for each individual.

Lifetime Access to The Audio Series

You have unlimited, “lifetime” access to the Product. Lifetime in this instance means for as long as the Product is in existence. Unlimited means you can listen to the series content as often as you want, accessing whatever is relevant to you, whenever you need it for as long as the Product is in existence. At this stage, updates are not planned. Any updates may be at an additional cost.

Refund Policy

We are confident that if you listen to the interviews, you will derive great benefit from the Product. If you don’t feel that we have delivered on our promise, we will happily refund the money you’ve paid less any payment processing fees and subject to the following conditions:

Deadline to Apply for Refund: You must submit your written request within 30 days of purchase to michelle@michellepizer.com.au.
Lessons you’ve listened to: We’ll ask about which interviews you’ve listened to and ask what about the Product didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve).
Please do not purchase The Audio Series if you just want to check it out. We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this Product, and we hope you'll do the same.

The Product is not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. The Product is an educational and informational resource only. It is not a substitute for working with a professional coach, psychologist, career or business consultant. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. You acknowledge that monetary, career, psychological health and well-being results and outcomes are based on many factors. Intellectual Property

The Business is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the Product, notwithstanding that each expert interviewed retains the intellectual property in the information he/she shared within. The works are proprietary and protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You must not use any part of the Product for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. You may not reproduce in any format (including on another website) any part of the Product (including content, images, designs, look and feel) without our prior written consent. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify the Product or reproduce, display, publicly perform, make a derivative version of, distribute, or otherwise use the Product in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use or posting of the Product on any other website, social media page, or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is expressly prohibited.

If you print off, reproduce, copy or download any part of our Product in breach of this Agreement, your right to use the Product will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Third Party Material and Links

The Product includes the information shared by each expert within their audio interview, their short biography and links to their third-party website or LinkedIn profile.

The Business accepts no responsibility for the interview content, over which the expert retains the intellectual property rights, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of it.

The short biography and links were provided by the expert at the time of the interview. These are provided for your information and convenience only. We have no control over the contents of the sites or resources linked to and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

You agree that the Business is not responsible for maintaining the currency of the short biography and links provided by the expert and acknowledge that the content and accuracy of this information may have since changed. We suggest that you contact the expert directly if you wish to obtain their current information.

These Terms of Purchase apply for the following products:

Leadership Essentials course.

Lessons in Leadership: The Audio Series.

The Purchaser (“You”) is purchasing access for one (1) person to use the product (the “Product”) from Michelle Pizer (otherwise referred to as the “Business” or as “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

Lessons in Leadership: The Audio Series (the “Audio Series”)

Leadership Essentials course (the “LE course”).

These Terms of Purchase contain both general terms relating to both products, and product-specific terms of purchase.

The Products

The Audio Series
The Audio Series includes access to an online platform where the series of audio interviews are available for streaming. They are organised and referenced for ease of use and to facilitate learning. For each interview there is a brief biography of the expert interviewed, a link to their website or LinkedIn profile, show notes, and provision to take notes – both online and via a downloadable PDF.

The LE Course
The LE Course includes access to an online platform which contains recordings of a live version of the Leadership Essentials course. The course comprises four modules. It was run live over four consecutive weeks, one module per week. For each module, there is an audio recording available for both download and streaming. Each module also includes an Action Sheet (homework) and links to additional support materials to further enhance and consolidate your learning. One of the support materials is access to an interview from the Audio Series. Note that these interviews are available for streaming only.

In addition, for all other additional resources and links provided, the Business accepts no responsibility for the content, over which the expert retains the intellectual property rights, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of it.

We have no control over the contents of the sites or resources linked to and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

You agree that the Business is not responsible for maintaining the currency of the links and acknowledge that the content and accuracy of this information may have since changed. We suggest that you contact the expert directly if you wish to obtain their current information.
